Abstract

This article analyzes the relevance of the concept of the Trinity relationship according to John Zizioulas in the formation of children's morality through the relationship between mentor staff and children. Zizioulas describes the Trinity as a fellowship that forms personal existence in mutual love that gives and receives. In this context, the relationship between mentor staff and children can be understood as a form of relationship that builds children's morality through love, openness, and freedom in fellowship. Zizioulas Trinity theory emphasizes the importance of authentic existence that can only be realized in a loving relationship, so that an intense and loving relationship between staff and children can shape the child's moral character. Through this analysis, it was found that a trinitarian relational approach can be a strong foundation in forming a child's personality that is integrity.
